Rosemary Toner with Niacinamide

Made up of the botanical water produced during the steam distillation of Rosmarinus officinalis, this Rosemary Hydrosol Toner has a crisp, herbal aroma. Safe for all ages, this refreshing scented floral water promotes healthy, balanced skin, improves skin elasticity and firmness, reduces inflammation and hyperpigmentation, and evens skin tone, leaving behind a cool, revitalizing sensation. It also calms and soothes irritated skin, while minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
